With a career spanning over two decades, Zahra has cultivated deep expertise across buying, sales, and brand strategy in the fashion and luxury sectors. From starting in Matchesfashion’s menswear buying team to broadening her expertise across multiple teams at ASOS, and later shaping global strategies at Linda Farrow, Zahra has consistently driven growth, elevated client experiences, and strengthened brand footprints worldwide. She has led partnerships with iconic labels including Dries Van Noten, Magda Butrym, The Attico, and Jacquemus. Today, she brings this wealth of experience to Atelier 11, offering brands guidance on strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence.
Sahar Shirbaz, Co-Founder
Sahar brings a rich and diverse background in luxury fashion, styling, and event curation. After studying fashion in Amsterdam, she honed her expertise at Gucci, Chanel, Bottega Veneta, and Matchesfashion, managing brand partnerships, delivering high-profile styling projects, orchestrating exclusive events, and curating exceptional client experiences. She then joined Net-A-Porter in the UAE, where she elevated VIP client experiences and curated bespoke brand activations. At Atelier 11, Sahar leverages this wealth of knowledge to guide brands in crafting immersive, elevated, and commercially impactful experiences.
